A Retreat Venue in Ireland Where You Set the Price
Ballinasloe, County Galway · Galway 30 min · Dublin 1h 45 · Shannon 1h 20 · Knock 1h
“The team went above and beyond.” — Sarah
This is a call to the people who run real retreats. Bring your programme and your guests; we bring the house. Midweek, the whole 41-acre estate is yours: a drawing room to practise in, a library to write in, 10 bedrooms, a chef for every meal, a hot tub and your own bar, 30 minutes from Galway and 1h 45 from Dublin Airport. Every price on this page is our all-in price to you, per guest. What you charge is yours, and if it works we want you back every year.
- Our all-in price per guest is on the page. Your ticket price is yours.
- Midweek, whole estate: 30 min from Galway, 1h 45 from Dublin Airport
- Drawing room, library and lawn for sessions; 10 bedrooms; a chef for every meal
- Three midweek starting points, 3 to 5 nights, then tweak every line in the planner

The deal, in short
- One group on the estate at a time
- Prices per guest, all-in, to the host; your ticket is yours
- A free landing page for every retreat we host
- Your week held for you next year
This is our price. Yours is up to you.
Our Price to You, Your Ticket to Them
We price the estate to the host, per guest, with everything in. You sell the retreat at whatever your programme is worth and keep the difference. Pick a package, type your ticket, and see it.
Our price to you
per guest for 12, 3 nights, everything in the package. What we invoice you.
per guest. Between you and your guests; we never see it.
You keep
for the whole retreat, before your own costs
Change the number of guests on the strap at the top and every figure here moves with it. The package is a starting point: swap the dinners, drop the whiskey, add the hot tub or a coach to the coast in the planner, and our price updates line by line.
Build your own versionStep 1
Pick a week and a package
Choose a midweek block on the calendar and the closest of the three starting points. Everything on it is priced per guest, all-in, to you.
Step 2
Shape it in the planner
Swap dinners, add the hot tub or a coach to the Cliffs, drop what your group will not use. Our price updates line by line. A deposit holds the dates.
Step 3
Sell it at your price
You set the ticket, take the bookings and keep the difference. One booking, one invoice, in your name. Send us the rooming list and the dietary notes; we do the rest.
Where the programme runs
Rooms to Practise In, Not a Hall
Georgian rooms with windows on the lawn, a garden for the mornings and a fire for the evenings. You have all of them; nobody else is in the building.

The practice space
The Drawing Room
The main room in the Manor House: tall windows on the lawn, a wooden floor, the furniture moved out before you arrive. Mats, easels or a circle of chairs.

The quiet room
The Library
Doors that close, a fire, shelves. Where the one-to-ones happen, where a writer disappears for the afternoon.

Outdoors
The Lawn & Gardens
41 acres of parkland, a walled garden and the river. Morning practice on the grass, walking meditation, sketching the trees.

The long table
The Dining Room
Everyone at one table, three times a day, with the chef in the kitchen. The part of a retreat people remember.
Where everyone sleeps
Three Houses, One Lawn, Nobody Else
Sessions in the manor, the group across the lawn in the Coach House, and 41 acres between them. Sunday to Thursday it is all yours at the weekday rate.

The Manor House
6 bedrooms · sleeps 14
The drawing room takes the sessions, the library the quiet, and the dining room the long table. The leader usually sleeps here.

The Coach House
4 bedrooms · sleeps 12
Its own kitchen, a bar and a terrace, steps across the lawn. Where the group ends up after dinner, or a second quiet house for the early risers.

The Glamping Village
3 pods · sleeps 18
Furnished bell tents with real beds for a bigger group in the warmer months. The people who choose them never regret it.

The gardens
Morning practice before breakfast.

The library
The quiet hour, the one-to-ones.

The hot tub
Where the group actually talks.

The long table
Everyone together, every night.
You run the days. We can fill the evenings.
Things to Add Around Your Programme

Live availability
Pick Your Week
We take the estate one group at a time, so the question is which week. Here are the Sunday and Monday check-ins still open, and below them the live calendar: green is open, amber means one of the houses is already taken, red is fully booked.
Retreats run Sunday to Friday and earn the weekday rate
Arrive on a Sunday or a Monday: three nights to Wednesday or Thursday, four to Friday, five is the full Sunday-to-Friday week. Prices are the accommodation for the estate; meals and the extras are added in the planner.

The Coast, If You Want It
A coach and driver take the group out after lunch and have them back for dinner. Midweek, the Cliffs are noticeably quieter.
What runs well here
Eight Kinds of Retreat, One House
The house does not care what the practice is. It has the room, the quiet, the food and the fire, and each of these has a room it belongs in.

Yoga & breathwork
Sunrise practice in the drawing room or on the lawn, the hot tub after, a chef who cooks the way your guests eat.

Meditation & silent retreats
41 acres, a river walk and a house with nobody else in it. The quietest midweek in the west.

Writers' retreats
A library with a fire, bedrooms with desks, readings at the long table. Pages in the morning, workshops after lunch.

Painting, drawing & making
Georgian light through tall windows, easels in the drawing room, the walled garden and the parkland to draw.

Photography workshops
A 300-year-old house, the gardens, the Suck at dawn, and the Cliffs of Moher or Connemara an afternoon away by coach.

Wellness & coaching
Group sessions in the drawing room, one-to-ones in the library, and the dinners where the real conversations happen.

Music & songwriting
A sound system in the practice room, a drawing room big enough to play in, a bonfire and a bar for the last night.

Cookery & foraging
The kitchen garden, the chef, and Garden to Table, where the group picks, cooks and eats its own dinner.

A calling, not a booking
We’re Looking for Partners Who Come Back
We would rather host six leaders every year than sixty once. If you run real retreats, with a following that trusts you and a practice you have lived in, we want to build something with you: the same week each year, a house your guests know, and a price that lets you plan.
First refusal on your week
Run a retreat here and the same midweek block is held for you next year before it goes to anyone else.
A named person, not a booking desk
One contact from the first enquiry to the last guest home: rooming, dietary needs, transfers, the odd request at eleven at night.
Your page, built by us
Every partner gets a landing page for their retreat, built and written by our in-house team at no cost, so you sell places instead of building websites.
Your price, always
We quote you, you quote your guests. No commission, no minimum ticket, no one from the estate in the middle of your numbers.
Included with your week
We Build Your Retreat Its Own Page. Free.
The page you are reading was built by our in-house team, and it is how we sell the estate. Book a week and they build one for your retreat: your programme, your price, photos of the house, live availability and a booking form that comes straight to you. Written with you, built to convert, ready before you announce.
- Your programme, your dates and your ticket price, written up with you
- Photos of the house and grounds, and the food, ready to use
- Live availability for your week and a booking form that comes straight to you
- Built to rank for your retreat and to convert the people who find it
- On our site or yours, and shareable the day you announce
You sell places. We do the website.

“The most beautiful, welcoming place we've ever stayed”

“We had the BEST weekend at Ballinderry House! Rowan and Joel went above and beyond — Joel actually created a full murder mystery party for us, complete with characters, clues, and a completely decked-out main house. It was so thoughtful and creative, and we had an absolute blast.”

“From the whimsical artwork to the ample gardens, Ballinderry Park was a treat through and through. Upon our arrival, Rowan started a fire in both outdoor and indoor fireplaces and invited us to use all of the amenities of this lovely B and B.”

“We had a fantastic weekend. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The food was outstanding — the ratatouille on the first night and the roast dinner the next day were both delicious. The views were breathtaking.”

“This is a great spot. The house and grounds are beautiful, we were given really nice home cooked food. The common spaces were large enough for a group, comfortable and warm due to the log burning stove.”

“I stayed here for a stag do with a group of lads. The hosts provided dinners on Friday and Saturday and a fully stocked kitchen. It is a fantastic old manor house but is modernized with all mod cons and the grounds are beautiful.”
