Inclusive midweek offsites from

Where the work happens

Three Houses, One Lawn, Nobody Else

Sessions in the manor, the team in the Coach House, and the conversations that matter on the lawn between the two. Monday to Thursday it is all yours at the weekday rate.

The Manor House

The Manor House

6 bedrooms · sleeps 14

The drawing room takes the plenary, the library the breakouts, and the dining room the long table. Leadership usually sleeps here.

The Coach House

4 bedrooms · sleeps 12

Its own kitchen, a private bar and a terrace. Where the team ends up after dinner, and where nobody has to whisper.

The Glamping Village

The Glamping Village

3 pods · sleeps 18

Furnished bell tents with real beds for a bigger team week. Volunteers for these are never in short supply.

The library

The library

Breakouts, one-to-ones, the quiet hour.

The grounds

The grounds

Walking meetings across 41 acres.

The hot tub

The long table

The long table

Team building that is not trust falls

AI training for teams

Three Days. Your Team Ships Something.

The residential AI programme we run here as an open cohort can be run for your team alone: three days, hands-on with Claude Code and the tools that matter, briefs drawn from your own business, and a demo to the room on day three. Nobody sits through slides. Everybody leaves with something they built and a plan to keep going.

  1. Day 1

    Cut through the noise

What matters and what to ignore. Your team finishes the day with a working AI tool stack set up, not a reading list.

  2. Day 2

    Build day

Small teams, real briefs drawn from your own business. Instructors circulate all day, so nobody stays stuck.

  3. Day 3

    Ship it

Demo what was built to the room, then leave with a self-written 90-day roadmap so the momentum survives the flight home.

FAQ

Booking From Abroad — Your Questions

Who is this for?
Leadership and executive teams, boards, founding teams and whole companies of roughly 4 to 50 people who want a private base for an offsite, a strategy retreat or a team week, whether they fly in from the United States or Europe or drive over from an Irish office. The whole estate is booked by one group at a time.
What does an offsite cost?
Build it in the planner on this page and it prices live per person. The Midweek Offsite card is the usual starting point: two nights Tuesday to Thursday with breakfasts, working lunches, two dinners, a signature experience, the meeting room set up and the weekday discount on accommodation. Everything is itemised, so you pay only for what you choose, and it lands on one invoice with VAT shown.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. A deposit secures the dates and the balance is invoiced on a schedule before the stay, by bank transfer or card through a secure link. Send a purchase order number with the enquiry and it goes on every document.
What are the working spaces like?
The drawing room in the Manor House takes the plenary, the library takes breakouts and one-to-ones, and the dining room seats everyone at one table. For a bigger team week a marquee on the lawn adds a second breakout space. The meeting room set-up and AV are catalogue items, so they are priced and on the quote.
Wi-Fi and AV?
Wi-Fi throughout the estate. The meeting room set-up includes the screen, PA and lighting for the session room; tell us what you are presenting from and we will have it ready.
How do we get there?
Dublin Airport is about 1 hour 45 minutes by road, Shannon about 1 hour 20 and Knock about an hour. Our coach partner, Fahy Coaches, a family firm founded in 1955 ten minutes from the estate, collects the team at any of them, or at your Dublin or Galway office, in coaches from 16 to 53 seats with Wi-Fi on board.
What is the AI training?
A three-day residential programme built here at Ballinderry Park: day one sets up your team’s AI tool stack, day two is hands-on building from briefs drawn from your own business, day three your people demo what they built and leave with a 90-day roadmap. The open cohort runs on published dates; a private cohort for your team is priced on enquiry.
Why is everything Monday to Thursday?
Because it is the better offsite and the better price. Weekends here go to weddings and celebrations, so a midweek block is the easiest way to take the whole estate, the roads and the Cliffs are quieter, and the weekday discount comes off accommodation automatically. The calendar on this page shows live availability. Minimum stay is two nights, minimum group four.
Can we mix work and time off?
That is the point. Sessions in the morning, a signature experience or a coach to the coast in the afternoon, dinner from the chef and the bar at night. The sample agendas below show two ways to shape it, and the planner lets you build your own.
Is it self-catering or catered?
Catered, unless you would rather not be. Cooked breakfasts, working lunches, and Rustic, Select or Premium dinners from the chef, all priced per person on the quote. The Coach House has a full kitchen if a team wants a night to itself.
Accessibility and rooming?
The Manor House and Coach House have ground-floor bedrooms and the houses are steps apart across a lawn. Send the rooming list and any access needs with the enquiry and we allocate accordingly. Single occupancy is easy for a leadership group; a bigger team shares.
“The most beautiful, welcoming place we've ever stayed”

We had the BEST weekend at Ballinderry House! Rowan and Joel went above and beyond — Joel actually created a full murder mystery party for us, complete with characters, clues, and a completely decked-out main house. It was so thoughtful and creative, and we had an absolute blast.

From the whimsical artwork to the ample gardens, Ballinderry Park was a treat through and through. Upon our arrival, Rowan started a fire in both outdoor and indoor fireplaces and invited us to use all of the amenities of this lovely B and B.

We had a fantastic weekend. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The food was outstanding — the ratatouille on the first night and the roast dinner the next day were both delicious. The views were breathtaking.

We booked Ballinderry Coach House for a friend's birthday. When we arrived the accommodation was clean, warm and very comfortable. The host Ro and his family were very welcoming and accommodating.

I stayed here for a weekend with friends for a board game event. It was an incredible venue for it. Many rooms, and big tables, and we were kept warm and cosy throughout. The facilities were perfect.

This is a great spot. The house and grounds are beautiful, we were given really nice home cooked food. The common spaces were large enough for a group, comfortable and warm due to the log burning stove.

I stayed here for a stag do with a group of lads. The hosts provided dinners on Friday and Saturday and a fully stocked kitchen. It is a fantastic old manor house but is modernized with all mod cons and the grounds are beautiful.

Absolutely gorgeous venue with great facilities, our hosts for the weekend were extremely nice (and cooked dinner for 18 people, twice!), had a wonderful time and would definitely come again and wholeheartedly recommend.
