You arrive from three, drop your bags in a Georgian bedroom and walk the estate while the light goes. Then the first session: by the time the gong goes for dinner you have Claude Code installed, an agent running on your own machine, and the first thing you have ever automated. Dinner is three courses at the long table with twenty-odd people who came for the same reason. After it, one short session with the lights low: the map of the year. What matters, what is noise, and why.

This is the day you came for. Breakfast, then the briefs go on the wall: the thing in your work that eats a day a week, scoped hard in an hour. Then you build. Claude Code writes the code, you direct it; agents, your own data plugged in, a real interface people can click. The tutors circulate all day and support staff sit in the room, so nobody stays stuck for more than a few minutes. Lunch is eaten fast. By dinner there is something on your screen that did not exist that morning. After dinner, a loose round of where everybody got to, then the hot tub under a sky with no light pollution.

The morning is the last mile: finish it, deploy it, make it something you would happily show your boss. After lunch, demo day. Every project, live, to the room, and it is the best hour of the week because everyone in it watched everyone else build. Then the 90-day roadmap: you write it, a peer tears it apart, it comes out better. And then the night off. The biggest dinner of the three, a roast carved at the table, and the party in the Coach House with music, drinks and a bar that has no last orders. You have met twenty-odd people who build with the same tools you now do. This is where you swap numbers.

Dix-sept personnes, deux nuits, un domaine

Une équipe technologique a privatisé l’intégralité de Ballinderry Park pendant deux nuits début septembre : les Stables (les anciennes écuries) comme salle de réunion, la bibliothèque pour les ateliers en petits groupes, un chef en cuisine et chaque lit du Manor House et du Coach House. C’est ce qui se rapproche le plus d’une cohorte privée déjà réalisée, et le modèle que suit chaque cohorte privée.

Les conditions, en clair

Ce que nous promettons, et ce que nous demandons

Acompte: 20 % pour réserver une place, solde en plusieurs versements avant la cohorte. Le paiement intégral donne droit à 5 % de remise.
Si une session n’a pas lieu: Si une session n’a pas lieu, chaque acompte est intégralement remboursé, sans discussion.
Changement d’avis: Transfert gratuit vers la cohorte suivante jusqu’à 30 jours avant. À moins de 30 jours, l’acompte est conservé et le solde n’est pas prélevé.
La garantie: Vous repartez avec un projet livré, ou nous vous remboursons votre place.
Entreprises: Facture avec TVA et votre numéro de bon de commande sur chaque document. Les cohortes privées règlent sur facture : 50 % à la réservation, 50 % trente jours avant.

Faut-il savoir programmer ?

Non. La cohorte est conçue autant pour les dirigeants, managers et professionnels que pour les développeurs. Si vous savez décrire ce que vous voulez, vous pouvez le construire ici ; les formateurs et l’équipe d’assistance sont là pour que personne ne reste bloqué.

Que vais-je construire concrètement ?

Quelque chose d’utile pour vous. Avant la cohorte, nous vous demandons ce que vous souhaitez construire, pour que le mercredi démarre sur votre propre projet : un outil, une automatisation, une application interne, un flux de travail. Le jeudi, vous le présentez à la salle.

Que se passe-t-il si la session n’a pas lieu ?

Si une session n’a pas lieu, chaque acompte est intégralement remboursé, sans discussion. Une cohorte est confirmée à partir de 8 places ; la mention « confirmée » apparaît sur la date dès que c’est le cas.

Quel est le tarif early bird ?

2 950 € par place pour les 6 premières places d’une cohorte, ou pour toute place réservée 60 jours ou plus avant le début. Ensuite 3 450 € jusqu’à trois semaines avant, puis 3 950 € pendant les trois dernières semaines. Sur la première cohorte, toutes les places sont au tarif fondateur.

Nous sommes une entreprise. Des places ou une cohorte privée ?

Moins de 10 personnes : réservez des places, et dès 3 personnes la remise bloc équipe s’applique. À partir de 10 : une cohorte privée revient moins cher par personne, s’organise plus simplement, et vous choisissez la date.

Où dort-on et où mange-t-on ?

Sur le domaine. Les chambres se trouvent dans le Manor House et le Coach House : chambre twin partagée comprise, chambre privée avec salle de bain ou suite du Manor House en option. Tous les repas sont cuisinés sur place et pris ensemble.

Comment s’y rendre ?

Ballinderry Park se trouve près de Ballinasloe, dans le comté de Galway, à l’ouest de l’Irlande : à 30 minutes de Galway, 1 h 45 de l’aéroport de Dublin, 8 minutes de la gare de Woodlawn. Navettes sur demande.

Oui. Une place alumni est à 1 950 €, tarif fixe, sur n’importe quelle cohorte publiée.
